Hello,

'If you had taken a taxi, you might have gotten to your appointment on time.'

1.Is it fine to use 'maybe', 'perhaps' or 'possibly' instead of 'might here as in:

(1)'If you had taken a taxi, maybe you would have gotten to your appointment on time.'

(2)'If you had taken a taxi, perhaps you would have gotten to your appointment on time.'
or
(3)'If you had taken a taxi, you would have possibly gotten to your appointment on time.'

2. Is it fine to use 'arrived at' instead of 'gotten to' here as in

'If you had taken a taxi, you might have arrived at your appointment on time.'

Yes. They are all valid.

Incidentally, although "gotten" is in common use in the USA, it is considered to be "archaic" in England and is not used in Australia.
