What does this sentece mean?
(2)A handkerchief of his wife's seen in Cassio's hand, was motive enough
to the deluded Othello to pass sentence of death upon them both.
In the above sentence, is "his wife's" correct?
I think that "his wife" is correct.

Of his wife's is correct. |
