u know ,in order to work more efficiently,we often divide the job and work collaborative,this will benefit from all profession,
my question is ,what;'s the idiom to express this kind of stuff.

I think the term you are looking for is "division of labor."
I suggest that you write using words rather than abbreviations, even for short questions sent by computer, like this one. Also, please remember to put a space after punctuation such as a comma, but not before.
It is actually harder to understand expressions like "u know" and "thx u" than ordinary words when reading them, and it is not a good idea for a learner of English to get into the habit of using incorrect spelling.
