1. To express disapproval or remorse, sometimes people will make a sound that really cannot be spelled out in English, but often is rendered as "Tsk, tsk." It is also sometimes called clucking or tsking.
It is sort of like a T but backward. Put your tongue where it would be if you were to say "tee," but draw it backward to make a snapping sound. That is a "tsk."
2. Yes, you catch a bus, meaning you wait at the bus stop until it arrives, then you get on the bus. You can also catch a train.
