what's the meaning of the underline phrases ? thanks !

Phoebe: No, look, don't touch that!

Rachel: Oh, like I wasn't dreading tomorrow enough, having to give it back to him... 'Hi Barry! Remember me? I'm the girl in the veil who stomped on your heart in front of your entire family!' Oh God and now I'm gonna have to return the ring, without the ring, which makes it so much harder...

Monica: Easy Rach, we'll find it. (To all) Won't we!

Chandler and Joey: Oh! Yeah!

Joey: Alright, when'd'ya have it on last?

Phoebe: Doy! Probably right before she lost it!

Chandler: You don't get a lot of 'doy' these days...

like I wasn't dreading tomorrow enough - 'to dread' is 'to fear greatly.' Here, 'like' means 'as if...' Rachel is saying that she was already dreading having to meet with Barry to give the ring back. But now that she has lost the ring, she is dreading it even more.

in the veil - she is referring to being in her wedding dress in the church. The veil is the headpiece that also covers her face until the end of the ceremony.

We sometimes say 'in [something]' to refer to what a person is wearing... See the woman in red over there? (The clothes she is wearing are mostly red.) That guy in the blue pants looks angry. (He is wearing blue pants.)

Doy - I've never heard this, but it is probably the same as 'Duh.' We say it when we ourselves or someone else has said or done something stupid. It's slang, of course. Here, Phoebe is saying: Well, Joey, it doesn't take a genious to figure out that she wouldn't have lost it when it was sitting in her jewelry box. She lost it while wearing it (=while having it on).
