What's the meaning of underlined part?

-with either 1) the circle or 2) the square inside the another squre?
-withe either the cirle or the squre inside the other?
-with either the cirle or the suqre inside the another circle or squre?

"Inside the another" is incorrect English. I believe the author meant your second choice:
