Hello,
"Unspoiled beaches are getting harder to find as time passes."
Does 'are getting harder' have the same meaning as 'are getting harder and harder' in the above case?

Hello Learne -
repeating 'harder' indicates that it is becoming more difficult
so..yes, it has the same basic meaning but to an increased degree.
