Could you tell me when I have to use capital letters for job 'descriptions'.

Like: Personal Assistant
Managing Director

Would it be wrong to write these words with lower case letters in a text?

I think if you're referring to a type of job, like personal assistant, you don't capitalize. But if you're referring to a specific position, you capitalize. E.g., my Boss's Personal Assistant; I'm going to hire a Personal Assistant.

If I'm wrong, somebody please correct me!
