" You look all you want at the body shapes around you, but save some attention for the players' skills."

I think it is about watching a sporting contest. Girls aren't usually interested in football, but they might like to look at the guys playing, because they think they are handsome or cute or whatever. Guys aren't necessarily interested in women's volleyball, but they might like to watch the girls playing, because, let's face it, guys can watch girls all day long and never get bored.
The speaker of your sentence is talking to someone who is more interested in checking out the players than watching the game. He or she is just trying to say, while you are watching the cute guys / cute girls, try to notice that they are also good athletes, and it is worth watching how well they can play.
