This is an exercise of rewriting a sentence without changing its meaning. I got the answer, but doubt it. So please help me figure that out.
Original sentence:
I get embarrassed when I have to make a speech.
Answer:
1. My making a speech is embarrassing.
2. It's embarrassing for me to make a speech.
Can the three sentences be the same meaning?
I really doubt #1.
Thanks. |

I agree! #1 does not say for whom it is embarrassing.
Good job! |
