| I am going to e-mail the Admission Department of a school to inquire about their testing date. How do I address them in my e-mail? Thanks in advance. |

I would do it this way, much as an ordinary letter (made up information):
Admissions Department
Happy Valley University
21 Happy Valley Way
Los Angeles, California 90012
Dear Sir or Madam:
[Body of letter]
