what we call to that note book on which we write notes and then post it on the fridje and books
its usually a small size we also write messages on it for someone and stick it to their doors

They are called Post-It Notes.

Also sometimes called "Sticky notes"

I think It is a good idea to study english with it ,I can write some difficult works on the sticky notes,I can stick it on the fridge or door.

I like how people learning english learn the nicknames for things first.(i.e. "fridge")
