(1)He is no more intelligent than any other student in his class.
(2)He is not more intelligent than any other student in his class.
Could you explain the meaning of two sentences?
Thanks a lot for your help. |

The second sentence is incorrect with the not in it instead of no.
The 1st one means he is as intelligent as any other student(s) in his class; he is not smarter than any ; He is equally intelligent as any . |
