You have not written to me for ages, I was expecting that you will reply to my mail but you didn't . Are you angry with me if there is something please tell me if you wil not tell me then how I will know that whats wrong with you

The punctuation could be better, but I'd say the general public would find it fine for an informal short letter with a few fixes. What stands out as strange to me is:

"..that you will reply.." ==> "...that you would reply"
"..how I will know that whats wrong.." ==> "..how will I know what's wrong?"

If I were to write something like the above it would be this:

You have not replied to my mail in ages. I'm worried that you are angry with me. Please tell me so that I will at least know what is going on.
