hey, Ive been teaching a week and although I like it, the hours are not what were stated in contract, I work almost 40 and the boss has said nothing about this being overtime. He also said I will get paid in mid jan for 4 weeks work when i will have worked 6 but said the final two will be added to my final pay check. The worrying thing is I made contact with past employee and she said he owes her 4million won and because she is back home in South Africa it is difficult for her to fight it. If anybody knows the deal on overtime please share.
