I guess D is more suitable. But I prefer to use "nothing serious".

Is it OK?

D is the only good answer.
"nothing serious" is so so; I think 'nothing special' is better.
"not much" and "nothing special" both mean nothing unusual, without using the more specific and negative word "serious".
