I want to build/construct a hospital in the name of my mother.
Build and contruct are synonyms (they mean the same thing), so either would be correct in this sentence. You just mis-spelled construct.
Also, instead of saying "on the name of my mother", you should say "in the name of my mother". "On" would mean that you want to build it literally on your mother.
Although, maybe a better way to put the sentence would be:
I want to build a hospital in my mother's name.
or
I want to build a hospital named after my mother.
