I paraphrase it that you can correct me below.
: But equally, the fact is that after several years of work a university professor is eligible for tenure, even though his or her salary and working hours are not important.
Could you correct me?

A university professor's salary and working hours are quite good (no one would complain about them) but even more important is the fact that a university professor can get tenure after several years of work. |
