In this passagek, I think underlined [u]it [/u]should be corrected with [u]them[/u] because [u]it[/u] is referring "the whole goods". What's your opinion?

" Thank you for imforming us about the damage done to all the goods we sent you on June 9. We acknowledge the problems this has caused you, and we hope we can provide a solution as soon as possible. Could you please return the whole goods to us so that we can inspect [u]it[/u] for damage for insurance purposes? "

I agree with you - it should be them.
I guess they meant shipment. In that case you can use it.

Ah maybe "the whole goods" is British English because it doesn't sound good to me. I'd prefer "the whole shipment" or "all of the goods" myself. Even just "the goods" would work (with "them" of course).
