Would a native speaker accept:
- ...... the sea bed of the lake.
or must it be
-... the bottom of the lake.

| You might use lake bed, but the bottom of the lake would be the most common. |

The bottom of the lake is 50 meters down.
The lake bed is strewn with rocks that eroded from the surrounding cliffs. |
