Hi, there.
I'd like to ask you some questions about the following sentences.
#1. He does not always attend class in the afternoon.
#2. He always does not attend class in the afternoon.
#3. He never attends class in the afternoon.
Q1 Are there any differences in meaning between #1 and #2?
Q2 Is #2 possible and grammatically correct?
Q3 Are #2 and #3 the same in meaning?
I'm looking forward to your answers.
Thanks. |

#1 means that he may attend class in the afternoon, but not all the time.
#2 is very awkward, and I don't think it's appropriate.
#3 means he doesn't attend class in the afternoon at all. |
