Which sentence is correct?
#2(1)He proposed starting early.
(2)He proposed to start early.
Which sentence is correct?

A gerund usually follows �suggest�. #1(1) is good.
The verb �propose� is usually followed by either a gerund or an infinitive. Both #2(1) & (2) are possible. |
