Hello,
I need some help.
In the following short dialong, I wonder "it" should be used or not:
A: Why do you need firewood?
B: To give to the fisherman to get some fish.
To give it to the fisherman to get some fish.
I really appreciate your kind attention. Thank you so much.

I think it is fine without "it." However, I don't know how firewood helps get fish! Wouldn't bait or hooks be better? _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

Could you be more specific?
Do you mean both with "it" and without "it" are okay and correct? Or just without "it" is okay?
Thank you. |
