Hello, teachers.
Is the part after "and the・・・" of the following sentence understandable?
"If the problemｓ old people are facing are solved , young people's burden will also be eased , and the whole Japan will be better."
Is the way of using "whole" here wrong?

I think it should be either "the whole of Japan" or "all of Japan," or "all Japan," or just "Japan," but not "the whole Japan."

Is the way of using "whole" here wrong? Your sentence is understandable but native English speakers don't say "the whole Japan".
'...the whole country will be better.' is the best way to say it.
If you need to say 'Japan', you can say 'all of Japan will be better.'
'the whole of Japan will be better.' is also correct but is less often said.

I had forgotten that we can't put "whole" just before a proper noun.
