Hello teachers.
I would like to know which of the following expressions is correct.
1. There are four books to read by next Friday.
2. There are four books to be read by next Friday.
How about these?
1. There are four points to write about.
2. There are four points to be written about.
If all of them are awkward, could you tell me how to express them in English?
Thanks in advance.
Yukineko. |

I would say they are all OK.
Most likely you should use #2 in both cases if this were on a grammar test. |
