Tom is a skyjumper????
Tom is a parachutist.
Is this one ok: "we often do skydiving"

1 and 3 are fine. I've never heard of the term "skyjumper". Is that British English?

It's okay if you live and/or work at the airport. But it sounds more natural to say "go skydiving." |
