Hello, teachers!!

Are "code of honor" and "honor code" the same?

I consulted them in the dictionary, and understood what "honor code" meant. However, I am not sure about "code of honor." I googled it and it seemed that they were different.

I am very confused about the construction of words. I mean, for example, I think that "the University of New York" is the same with "New York University." Is my thinking wrong?
