What do these mean? ------------------------------ Delivery time ETD Pluritec premises by week 9. Shipment on the first available vessel. Last shipment date on L/C 10/03/2008 ------------------------------ Also, how to explain "by week 9"? THank you

The shipment will arrive at the customer before the end of the 9th week from when it started its trip.
