Owing to a poor foundation in English, iIwas unable to catch up with my classmates in my first year in high school .So I made up my mind to learn English well.
First, I tried very hard to increase my vocabulary .And by listening to tapes and imitating them, I improved my pronunciation. I tried to memorize as many articles as possible, too. In order to understand sentence structure and dicion , I studied grammar and usage diligently.
In the past one year,I have had a habit of writing a composition every day , expressing my own thoughts in my own words. In these ways , I have gradually improved my English speaking , reading , and writing abilities. And I hope that I can go on to improve my listening ability!!

That's great, congratulations. Smile

I think it shows in this topic, your grammer and all is very good. Of course, I don't know how well you spoke it before, but it seems to me that you did improve. You sounded very motivated to learn it well, that's good.

Exclamation Keep it up. Exclamation Very Happy
