Dear all,
I am confused on how to use the word "being"? Could anyone shed some lights here? Many thanks.
In addition, like the following sentences, which one is correct?
1) An entity will has a withholding obligation regardless where the employee is being paid.
OR
2) An entity will has a withholding obligation regardless where the employee is paid. |

You will need to clarify your sentences. You cannot say "will has". You can say "an entity will", or "an entity has" but not both.
Both of those ending are possible but it may depend on what you are trying to say in the first part. |
