Hi!
1. I waive access to these reports which shall therefore be considered confidential.
The above sentence means I give up the right, right?
2. "I do not waive access to these reports". And by this I don't, right?
Guys, please...looking forward to some help!
Thanks

| Basically, yes. "Waive" in this legal sense means to give up your rights. You see it often in legal contracts. |

Hey Bob!
Thanks. So, while filling up an application form, what do I have got to do? I should waive or should not? I should, right?
Thanks once again, in advance

Whether you waive access (by you) or decline to waive access would depend on the reports and whether you would like to see them in the future.
If they are something you want to see in the future, you don't want to waive access to them. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
