Which is correct sentence? 1. I've been having trouble getting to sleep. 2. I just can't seem to get to sleep.

Both are correct. #1 means the person does sleep eventually but lies awake for a long time in bed before finally falling asleep. #2 implies that the person never does fall asleep.
