What can parents do to stop their children from being oversupplied with toys? Under no conditions simply make something disappear without the childs knowledge.
Could you paraphrase the second sentence?
Thanks |

There is no subject in your second sentence.
Who can make something simply disappear? Is the sentence an answer to the question? As the question asked what they can do, the answer should be positive too. |

I think it means, "What can parents do to stop their children from having too many toys? Don't choose the "solution" of just taking away toys without letting the child know what you are doing." |
