I saw #1 in a book. But I think that 'ensure sb to do sth' form is not correct and instead 'ensure that clause' form is a right English pattern.
Therefore, I think that #1 is incorrect while #2 is right.
Please let me know if I am right.

It looks more like promotional literature than a book. What is it that will ensure timely shipment of orders? Although sentence 2 is more correct, I doubt that the sentence is the best way to express what the advertiser wants to say. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
