Which expression do you think would do better to refer to Rio's Carnaval?
1) "Fiesta of Disorder", as Bob. S. once suggested in this forum;
2) "Non-Conventional Fiesta"; _________________ Stormy Weather. |

Hello Clarissa March -
There really is no need to 'coin' a new expression for Rios' Carnaval.
Rios' Carnaval, in and of itself, is..... "CARNAVAL!!!"
Take Lunar New Year celebrations, for example -
in most places around the globe, Lunar New Year is refered to as
'Chinese New Year'. Rio has pretty much 'cornered the market'
for 'Carnaval'.
