After a moment or two, he reconsidered.
This is the expression taken from a novel and I put the phrase into a search.
I could hardly find this expression in google. Is this a literary expression? |

It's a common expression. A moment is a short, undefined period of time. In speech, you might say, "We spoke for a moment or two, but then I had to go." It gives the idea that you didn't talk a long time. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
