this is a question on the paper of "2005Shanghai Senior 3 English Contest"
I choose A but the standard answer is B!
why ?? even my teacher does not know~
Is this the first time that you have visited Beijing?
or
Is this the first time that you visited Beijing?
which expression is correct? what is the difference between them?
