It means "Don't change the channel!"
A little history:
to tune means to make something sound better such as a musical instrument (i.e. you adjust the string tightness on a piano to tune it and make it sound better). That verb was carried over to radios. The dial used to adjust your station reception is called a tuner. Radio stations would say "Stay tuned in to station WKRP for your best musical hits!" TVs today work slightly different than radios with set channels for TV stations (long ago you would actually need to adjust a tuner slightly for better TV signal reception, but not anymore), but the verb used is the same.
