1. Yes, sometimes. I believe cilantro is the Spanish name for the leaves of the coriander plant, whose seeds can also be used as a spice, usually called coriander or coriander seed.
2. Yes, sometimes. Entr�e can be main course or one of several dishes.
3. Yes, sometimes. Sear means fry or grill at high temperature to seal in the juices. I think stir-frying often acts to sear the meat.
