(Personally, I think the answer should be "cultivated", which is not in the choices, Am I right?)

4. Should I go to the party, what would you expect me to?
Is this sentence correct? shouldn't it be "....,what would you expect me to do?

5. You ___him so closely; you should have kept your distance.
A) shouldn't follow B)musn't follow C) couldn't have been following
D) shouldn't have been following
(The answer is D, why D? Can't I use : shouldn't have followed? By the way, what's wrong with A) shouldn't follow )

6. You will see this product ___wherever you go.
A) to be advertised B) advertised C) advertise D) advertising
(What'sthe difference between A) and B)?)

A) As he likes her much B) Much as he likes her
(Why B instead of A? what's the difference?)

10. ___ is it from here to the post office?
A) How long B) How C) How soon D) What?
(The answer is C, but I think it awkward to use 'how soon' . My answer tends to be 'how far' But I'm not sure. I'm not a native English speaker. Is 'how soon' here correct and natural?)

11. In order to show his boss what a careful worker he was, he took ___ trouble over the figures.
A) extensive B) spare C) extra D) supreme
(What does the sentence mean? Once again, does it sound correct and natural?)

Thank you very much for your big help!!
