| They choose the Presidential candidate that they would like to see lead the country, and also for a group of people called "electors", who belong to the Electoral College. |
In your native speaker view, is the quote not awkward?
Especially for me, 'see lead' is awkward and 'for' in the bold seems not necessary.
Could you tell your opinion on my thought in native speakers view?
Thanks. |

The "see lead" is fine, but the "for" should be omitted.
I would like to see X lead the country. Which candidate would you like to see lead the country? _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
