Can you tell me what the following phrases mean?

- fine music
- fine art(s)

Are these genres or types? Or just 'good' music or art?

Please be as specific as you can.

Fine art generally means the visual and performing arts: painting, sculpture, dance, theatre, architecture.

If someone asked me about fine music I would assume they meant "classical music".
Beethoven, Mozart, Tchaikowski, Schubert, and all the usual suspects.
