What letter is two to the right of the letter immediately to the left of the letter that comes mid-way between the letter immediately to the left of the letter H and the letter two to the right of the letter A ?

Well, assuming left and right mean in relation to the letters when arranged alphabetically, the answer is F.

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Midway between G (just left of H) and C (two right of A) is E. Immediately left of E is D. Two to the right of D is F.
