I paraphrased the quote with two things as follow so that you can tell which one is right. Please inform me which one is right.

1.She finds Americans have become anti-rationalists who believe that there is no right or wrong, just opinion.
2.She finds Americans have become anti-rationalists and she believe that there is no right or wrong, just opinion to Americans.

Hello Lee Chan-seung - #1 is correct. Philo btw - 'paraphrased the quote in two ways' - 'and she believes...for Americans'
