I know that 'with all +noun' is equal to 'for all + noun'.
Then, I wonder #1 through #5 is the same meaning.

While none of these is really wrong (you might hear any of them, depending on the context) the most best choices are:
Even with all his wealth, he is not happy.
For all his wealth, he is not happy. |
