Could you help me transform this sentence:
In the evenings we either play games together or we go out to a club
as well as eat something in a restaurant.

I would write something like:
In the evenings we either stay in and play games together or we go out to a club or restaurant.

Now I don't know where I should place the "eat something".

I'd really appreciate your help.

In the evenings we either stay in and play games together or we go out to a club and then eat something in a restaurant. (if you eat after the club.)

In the evenings we either stay in and play games together or we go out to a club or eat in a restaurant.

After sleeping over it, I had the following idea:

In the evening we play some games together or we go out either to a club or eat something in a restaurant. (assuming that they don't eat after going to a club)

Should work, shouldn't it?

By the way, "After sleeping on it" would be better than "After sleeping over it"

I would prefer either of the following, which sound more balanced to me:

In the evening we play some games together or we go out either to a club or to eat something in a restaurant. (I guess the "to" makes it sound more balanced to me because one is a noun and the other isn't.)

In the evening we play some games together or we go out to a club or eat something in a restaurant.

These sentences means they don't do both things on the same day (going to a club and eating in a restaurant).
