Hello ,
Is it okay to use "during" instead of "for" in the following sentence?
During the next ten years, she concentrated on perfecting herself.
Is there any difference in meaning between "during" and "for"?
Thank you all the time. |

Yes, it's fine.
During means, throughout the course of, or duration of...
For, in this sense, indicates the length of a period of time.
In this instance they are pretty much interchangeable. |
