Hello, everyone:
I have a question about how to keep healthy effectively. Now I am a college student, I do not have much time to do some sports, so I was a little worried about my health. Do you have some good ideas about keeping healthy in your daily life? Can you give me some good advice ? I am looking forward to your suggestion. |

actually, i don't take exercise frequently. "an apple a day keeps the doctor away", you can eat an apple before a meal. |

Experts suggest that the best way to keep ourselves healthy is do exercises.
It is also very important that people should form a good living habit.
for example,getting up early and going to sleep early.Only doing so can we keep us healthy. |
