Dear teachers,
I have two questions here, and I hope you can help me.
The first is : what's the difference between "adventure & adventurous" when they are used as attributive, for example we say "adventure travel" instead of"adventurous travel", why?
The second is I'm puzzled with" subject, topic, theme, title".What's the differences between them?

The first "adventure" is a present participle adjective to tell you what kind of travel. The second form "adventurous" is the adjective form of adventure to describe the travel.
In other words, "adventure travel" is meant to be adventurous. However, any kind of travel can become adventurous even if you didn't originally plan for it.
i.e. The ocean cruise became quite adventurous when the luxury liner ran into stormy weather.

The subject is the specific noun you are writing about, for example tea.
The topic is the general idea, such as modern brewing methods of tea.
A theme tells a sort of story, such as Tea is healthy for you!
The title is simply the name of your report or story, such as "Why I love Tea". |
