Hello,
the following sentences confused me a lot.
Could you do me a favor?
(1) The classmates in my class didn't seem to notice I didn't wear the school uniform.
(2) The classmates in my class seemed not to notice I didn't wear the school uniform.
Is the usage of sentence (2) correct or not? _________________ 1001 |

(2) is also correct, but probably used less often which is why it may not sound as natural as (1).
Hope this helps!

Hi Purple-meggy,
A more natural sentence might be:
My classmates didn't seem to notice that I wasn't wearing a school uniform.
or
My classmates didn't notice that I wasn't wearing a school uniform.
